How to Join for Closet Clear Out:
- Send your full name through WhatsApp.
- Send at least 10 photos of your preloved items.
- If you have a thrift IG account, please send us its name for us to further review your Items.
- On acceptance of your booking, full payment is required immediately or by the deadline given by online bank transfer to secure your slot.
If you do not pay or further communicate with us after the confirmation of your slot/or when the given deadline has passed, your booking is considered cancelled. No refunds or transfer to another event will be given if you are unable to turn up for the sale.
- Price is $30 per table. 1 table (6.5 ft x 2.5 ft) and 2 stools will be provided.
- Time: 7 am to 1 pm
- Please save our number (7250110) as we shall be sending you important messages concerning your booking in future by whatsapp broadcast.
Terms & Conditions for Closet Clear Out:
Please read carefully before you book.
- For sellers with quality preloved clothing, shoes, accessories. Popular clothing brands are: UK/US brands such as Zara, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Mango, Adidas, Dorothy Perkins, Gap, Uniqlo, etc.
- Please do not sell new items from an existing business.
- Please ensure at least 70% of your items are clothing/shoes/accessories.
- Due to limited space, please bring ONE clothes rack with you only. If you have more than one rack, please book 2 slots ($30 per slot) to accommodate your extra Rack.
- To avoid overcrowding, each slot is to be manned by 2 persons only.
- Do not bring extra tables, chairs or racks. You will be told to remove them if you bring these with you.
- Mabohai Shopping Complex is not responsible for any damage or loss of item(s) during the event.
- Mabohai Shopping Complex will not be held liable for any incident relating to the sales of each vendor.
- Mabohai Shopping Complex will exercise our right to stop participants who do not abide by any of the above terms & conditions.
- In case of unexpected incidents, non-appearance, or rain for outdoor events, refunds will not be entertained.
- By making a booking with us and paying the full amount, a vendor confirms that he/she have read the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
