Pop Up Sale

How to Join for Pop Up Sale:

  1. Send your full name through WhatsApp.
  2. Send a list of the items you wish to sell. In general, a vendor is not allowed to sell items which are sold by our tenants such as cosmetics, skincare, health supplements and others prohibited by the terms of our Event Permit. Items sold are to be new products, not thrifted or second hand.
  3. Please send us your business IG name for us to further review your items.
  4. On acceptance of your booking, full payment is required immediately or by the deadline given by online bank transfer to secure your slot. If you do not pay or further communicate with us after the confirmation of your slot/or when the given deadline has passed, your booking is considered cancelled. No refunds or transfer to another event will be given if you are unable to turn up for the sale.
  5. Price is $30 per table per day. 1 table (6.5 ft x 2.5 ft) and 2 stools will be provided.
  6. Time: 10 am to 7 pm
  7. Please save our number (7250110) as we shall be sending you important messages concerning your booking in future by whatsapp broadcast.

Terms & Conditions for Pop Up Sale:

  1. All goods sold by the vendor are to be displayed on the table only and not on floor space around the table.
  2. Table assignment will be assigned by us. Requests on specific locations will only be considered depending on space availability.
  3. Any electrical appliance (such as a small oven or microwave) is to be declared to us at the time of booking for approval. If you do not declare beforehand, we reserve the right to disallow your electrical appliance to be used on the day of the sale. Live cooking and any appliance with flames is not allowed.
  4. Upon approval of your electrical appliance, a power source will be provided. However please bring your own extension cable and tape to secure your loose cables.
  5. Power supply is provided only for approved electrical items. Power supply is not provided for charging mobile phones or laptops.
  6. Banners and standees are not allowed.
  7. Vendors selling clothing that require clothing racks are to book 2 slots. You will be assigned 1 table and 1 space for racks. Maximum 2 medium size racks per space.
  8. Do not bring extra tables, chairs or racks. You will be told to remove them if you bring these with you.
  9. Labour or logistical assistance will not be provided.
  10. Carnival games/spin the wheel and any other games which involve ‘chance’ are not allowed under the terms of our event permit.
  • Mabohai Shopping Complex is not responsible for any damage or loss of item(s) during the event.
  • Mabohai Shopping Complex will not be held liable for any incident relating to the sales of each vendor.
  • Mabohai Shopping Complex will exercise our right to stop participants who do not abide by any of the above terms & conditions.
  • In case of unexpected incidents, non-appearance, or rain for outdoor events, refunds will not be entertained.
  • By making a booking with us and paying the full amount, a vendor confirms that he/she have read the above terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
